As Brookfield Residential comes to The Grove Frisco, Srini is excited to see what new floor plans and features the builder will bring. “We are eagerly waiting for the new plans,” Srini says. “I have sold Brookfield homes in Houston and Austin before coming to Dallas, and we are part of the review process. My customers are looking for good pricing, a primary bedroom and second bedrooms downstairs, big ceilings, and open floor plans.”
