Since Realtor Ram Konara started his real estate business in 2001, he has sold hundreds of homes in the Dallas area, specifically around the Coppell and Frisco areas. “I began when I first bought my home,” Ram says. “The business has grown mainly through referrals – a lot of people bought new homes with me.”

Ram has been excited to see all of the new development happening at The Grove Frisco. “Most of the developers do cookie cutters with straight streets, but this neighborhood is entirely different,” Ram says. “It has parks with a clubhouse, pools, and a lot of walking areas. I think that made the neighborhood unique, and I have sold a lot of houses in that neighborhood. Some of the best builders are in The Grove Frisco.”
