As a kid growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana, Keith Tribue earned money by doing demo jobs with his father’s construction company. Today, as a New Home Counselor with Brookfield Residential, Keith is more focused on building homes rather than tearing things down, but his dedication to customer service remains. “Our buyers are smart — for many of them, this isn’t their first home,” Keith says, “The biggest thing is building trust, and I know trust is earned. I always ask myself how I can best serve each customer and guide them in their homebuying journey. I know I’m not just selling a house, I’m bringing families home.”
After studying accounting in college in Arizona, Keith joined the Army and served three combat tours. There, his construction experience led him to roles as a heavy equipment operator and horizontal engineer before he was promoted to project manager, a role that has prepared him well for his work at Brookfield Residential. “The sales side is very process driven,” Keith says. “Coming from the project management side of the house, I’m more logic based, and customers appreciate that. In building each home, we do a lot of processes to ensure they’re getting a quality product.”
Keith’s extensive construction experience helps him explain the long-term benefits of choosing Brookfield Residential. “People want to know the value they’re getting for their money, and I can speak to what it’s going to look like in 10 years and why our homes will hold their value,” Keith says. “I try to help buyers understand it’s not just the beautiful outside, but also the high-quality materials that go into their home and the customer support they’ll receive for the long term. We want to show people what Brookfield is all about. When you buy from Brookfield, you’re becoming part of our family and the legacy that we’re creating not only in Texas but around the world.”
Keith is new to Frisco, and he’s been enjoying exploring the DFW area. When he’s not at work, Keith spends time working out and doing trail running with his Jeep. He’s still in the Reserves, so the Army is part of his life as well. “The people of Texas are amazing,” Keith says. “Everyone is so warm and inviting. And Frisco has been great! I’ve been learning a lot from the people here and getting to know the neighborhood!”
