Here at The Grove Frisco, the great outdoors is an important part of everyday life. Our neighborhood has plentiful green spaces designed to be a respite from the hustle and bustle, with a variety of playgrounds, shaded gathering spots, and outdoor recreation areas to thrill the whole family. Whether you’re taking an evening stroll around interconnected trails (17 planned miles when we’re complete!), admiring the pollinators at Butterfly Park, doing some catch-and-release fishing at Bluestem Park and Pond, or cooling off in our pools at Orchard House, there’s truly something for everyone.
Join us at Mainstay Now, we’re excited to share a sneak peek of our newest amenity center — Mainstay. Located north of Main Street close to the new homes by Brookfield Residential, this vibrant community hub will feature a focus on wellness and is designed to be a gathering spot for those who crave an active, outdoor lifestyle.
Live Well at Mainstay Mainstay will feature The Grove Frisco’s third pool as well as multiple programmed spaces designed to help residents maximize their opportunities for fitness and relaxation.
Mainstay is planned to include:
An adventure playground
Yoga lawn
Four pickle ball courts
A horseshoe-shaped pool with lounge and sitting areas, a shade structure, water cascades, and more
A pool house
Poolside grilling stations
A multi-use open air activity pavilion (Emerson at Mainstay)
In addition to Mainstay we have several new parks planned, miles of additional trails, plus two more city parks to add to our community amenity package.
Exploring the Great Outdoors Work on Mainstay has already begun, and the facilities are expected to be ready in summer 2026. In the meantime, The Grove Frisco residents can enjoy summer activities at Orchard House and the neighborhood’s other parks and outdoor gathering spaces.
