*Quick Move-in Promotion

Savings is applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract. Closing cost incentive availability and amount may vary and may not be available for all purchase transactions. The aggregate total of all credits and incentives provided by Brookfield Residential Texas Homes LLC and/or Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC in connection with this promotion or otherwise associated with the purchase of the home that require a qualifying loan from Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC to finance the home shall in no event exceed $55,000 on 55' traditional homes and $50,000 on 40' alley load homes, and if, for any reason whatsoever, the aggregate of such credits and incentives exceeds such amount, then such credits and incentives will be reduced automatically so that the aggregate of such credits and incentives is equal $55,000 on 55' traditional homes and $50,000 on 40' alley load homes. In such event, buyer may still be able to take advantage of certain loan programs offered by Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC, but buyer would be solely responsible for the costs associated with such program. Brookfield Residential Texas Homes LLC reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time, without prior notice or obligation. Promotions valid for a limited time and only available on select homes and home sites. Certain exclusions apply, valid only on homes that can close by July 1st, 2025. **TBB Homes Promotion

Buyers of eligible 55' Traditional homes may receive lending incentives of up to $20,000 and design center incentives of up to $30,000. Buyers of eligible 40' alley-load homes may receive lending incentives of up to $15,000 and design center incentives of up to $25,000. To qualify, buyers must utilize Brookfield Residential Property Home Mortgage LLC. Incentives detailed herein apply exclusively to qualified buyers on select to-be-built homes and are subject to approval, availability, and change without notice.
